All orders ship from our warehouse in Karlskoga, Sweden.

Åland Islands, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom and United States.

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, except Swedish public holidays). Pre-ordered items ship when they arrive in stock. The expected date is shown on the product page.
Delivery times
- Sweden and the EU: 3–5 business days
- All other countries: 7–14 days
Delivery times are counted from dispatch and are estimates. Deliveries to countries outside the EU can take longer because of customs.

Tracking
When your order ships, you get an e-mail with a tracking link. We ship with carriers such as PostNord, DHL and FedEx.
Customs, duties and taxes
For orders to countries outside the EU, the destination country may charge import VAT, duties or handling fees. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, e-mail us as soon as possible. We can change the address until the order has shipped.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the delivery times above, or arrives damaged, contact us. We send you a new item or refund you, and we handle the matter with the carrier.
