About us
Sigurd Aviation was founded in 2025 by me, Anton Axellie. A former elite athlete and national team skier in moguls, with a background in extreme sports and large arena shows. So why aviation products, you might wonder?
Before the pandemic, I ran an extreme sports show with the goal of becoming the first person in the world to jump over a flying airplane — a project that led me to Örebro Flying Club and my very first flight lesson.
From the moment I took control of an aircraft, I knew this was my new passion. The freedom, the feeling, and the focus on precision reminded me of skiing — and I loved it. Shortly after, I earned my pilot’s license, and a new journey began
Why Sigurd?
Being active on social media, I wanted to share my pilot journey and all the amazing reactions, but quickly realized there were no smooth solutions for recording the cockpit experience. In the U.S., there were options — but nothing tailored for us in Europe.
So after struggling with microphones and cables in every direction, I decided to create a cable that makes it easy for pilots to document and share their flying adventures.
